The recipient's concern: What I must do to get my money? (blinking)

The procedure at receiving end is simple like taking money out of your pocket.

1. Phone us and say whether you want to receive your money at our office our at your home. 

2. Come to one of our locations:

4. Complete a simple receipt note as below:

5. Get the money in.

If original sent money is in USD, the recipient can choose to get the money in USD or VND.

If original sent money is in DEM, the recipient can choose to get the money in DEM or VND.

For the other cases (the original amount not in USD of DEM), recipient must get money in VND. Base exchange rate is current selling rate at Vietcombank.
